Did my bed get haunted?

Last night, it was pretty late, like, 4 am , and i was about to go to sleep but then the bed just started shaking like crazy! It was only for a second, i asked my brother if he felt it (We're in bunkbeds) and he said he didn't. Is my bed haunted or something?
